We are looking to hear from passionate and determined Early Career Teachers (ECT) in Special Needs (SEN), eager to start their career in teaching. As an ECT SEND Teacher, you will have the opportunity to deliver personalised lessons that meet the individual needs of your students. This specialised school provides tailored education for students aged 5 to 16 who have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). It caters primarily to those with moderate learning difficulties but also supports a range of additional needs, such as autism, speech, language, communication challenges, and behavioural issues.

The school emphasizes individualised instruction by maintaining small class sizes and incorporating teaching assistants to support the teacher. The educational approach includes the Team Teach behaviour management principles, ensuring a structured and supportive environment for all students.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
