Protocol Education is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school this September, supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs to help them build confidence and independence in a safe, nurturing environment.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning strategies, foster inclusion and support pupils' social, emotional and academic development.
