SEN Teaching Assistant – Redcar
Location: Redcar

We are looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive school in Redcar . This role is perfect for individuals who are motivated to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and contribute positively to their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist teachers with differentiated lesson delivery
Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional well-being
Support the creation of a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Modify learning resources to meet individual student needs
Requirements:
Previous experience working with SEN learners
A patient, empathetic, and proactive mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
