  • Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of Special Educational Needs.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Track, assess, and report on student progress and individual targets.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, carers, and external agencies.
  • Support and implement EHCP targets.
