  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching pupils with SEN and additional needs
  • Can adapt lessons and teaching approaches to meet individual pupil needs
  • Create a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
  • Work effectively with teaching assistants, SENCOs and wider school staff
  • Are passionate about helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally
