Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist educational setting in
Newcastle upon Tyne
. You'll support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs who may find school, relationships or emotional regulation challenging.
This role is about more than managing behaviour.
You'll take the time to understand the reasons behind it, build positive relationships and help pupils develop practical strategies that support their learning and wellbeing.
Some days will be challenging, but the progress you help create can be genuinely life-changing.
