We are looking for a caring and committed SEMH & Autism Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 6 pupil in a welcoming primary school. - Is calm, patient and emotionally intelligent.
- Understands the importance of relationship-based support.
- Can promote confidence and self-belief through encouragement and consistency.
- Is proactive, adaptable and committed to helping every child succeed.
