Looking for a role that really matters? We are working with a specialist school supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex medical and physical needs. They are looking for a compassionate, resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time. This is a hands-on role where your support genuinely changes lives. No two days are the same, but every day comes with purpose, progress, and plenty of heart.

What your days will look like:

  • Supporting pupils with complex learning, physical, and medical needs
  • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and feeding routines
  • Using specialist equipment and communication tools, with full training provided
  • Creating a calm, safe, and sensory-rich environment where pupils can thrive
