Lunchtime Supervisor Location: Greenford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30am–1:30pm

Contract: Term time only

Start: ASAP

We’re working with a friendly primary school in Greenford who need a reliable, warm-hearted Lunchtime Supervisor to join their team straight away. Two hours a day. Five days a week. A big impact in a small window of time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising pupils during lunch in the hall and outside
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
  • Supporting safe play and resolving the odd playground disagreement
  • Helping children feel included and confident

It’s all about creating a happy, safe space where children can recharge before heading back to class.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with primary‑aged children
  • Brings a calm, patient approach
  • Can build quick, positive relationships
  • Is reliable and ready to start ASAP

Previous school experience is great, but not essential. A kind, proactive attitude goes a long way.
