Who We Are - School Partnership Team:

The Partnerships Team drives business growth through strategic and tactical business development via client portfolio growth, retention, and acquisition. They collaborate regularly and value open communication and innovation.

The Role:

As School Partnerships Manager, you will lead and manage the existing client portfolio and client acquisition and retention for London. You will be required to business develop and manage clients across Greater London and support the business growth through Multi Academy Trust and Multi School Group partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce, implement, and execute regional strategic client/business development quarterly plans.
  • Collaborate with Operations Directors on client development strategies.
  • Support the London ops teams in achieving budget days and growth targets.
  • Research new business opportunities through growth areas and client networks.
  • Build compelling business cases for new client initiatives.
  • Develop detailed proposals and presentations to secure business.
  • Win, oversee, and retain high value, key client accounts across London.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
  • Identify and lead at client events to generate new business.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the educational market and government policy.
  • Conduct market analysis and client development planning.
  • Identify opportunities for new product offerings and services.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure a solid educator base.
  • Manage talent to optimize performance and develop staff skills.
