We’re looking for an experienced School Administrator to join a friendly and fast-paced school environment. You’ll be the go-to person helping keep the school day running smoothly, supporting staff, pupils, and parents with a smile, even before the first coffee kicks in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing front office and reception duties
  • Supporting attendance, pupil records, and school communications
  • Using school systems to maintain accurate data and reports
  • Assisting with general admin tasks to support the wider school team

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience working within a school office environment
  • Knowledge of SIMS and other school computer software is desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
  • A proactive and professional approach with a friendly attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
