We're working with a school in Bristol who are preparing for the new academic year and they're on the lookout for a Teaching Assistant.
If you enjoy helping children learn, build confidence and succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your responsbilities will include:
Delivering small group interventions
Supporting children with their learning and development
Assisting the class teacher to bring lessons to life
Confidentlty managing behaviour
Supporting children with additional needs
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a school setting
Some experience with SEN/ behaviour management, or an interest in developing your skills
A team player, willing to build relationships with pupils and staff
A calm, patient and supporting approach to learning
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one
