We are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Redcar that is seeking a passionate History Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join its successful Humanities department. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who can inspire students through engaging, thought-provoking lessons and bring historical events, people, and perspectives to life.
The Role
You will teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering high-quality lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and meaningful discussion. The successful candidate will encourage students to explore the past, analyse evidence, and develop a deeper understanding of how historical events continue to influence the modern world. Alongside your teaching responsibilities, you will take on the role of Form Tutor, supporting students' academic progress and personal development while contributing to the wider life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
