We are working with a secondary school in South Gloucestershire seeking an RE / Humanities Teacher to join their team on a flexible basis. The school is open to both full-time and part-time arrangements and is looking for someone with strong subject knowledge who can deliver clear, well-structured lessons. This role is focused on classroom delivery only. There is no planning or marking requirement, making it a good fit for teachers looking to step back from full-time responsibilities while continuing to teach.

The role will involve:

  • Delivering RE and Humanities lessons across the secondary age range
  • Following the school’s schemes of work and classroom expectations
  • Encouraging respectful discussion and critical thinking
  • Managing behaviour consistently in line with school policies
  • Working with departmental staff as needed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
