What You'll Be Doing Depending on your role and experience, you could be: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Assisting teachers with engaging classroom activities. Helping pupils build confidence and develop positive learning habits. Supporting children with SEND and additional learning needs. Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. Delivering intervention sessions to support attainment. Helping create safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments. Becoming a positive role model for children and young people. You'll work alongside experienced teachers and school staff who will help you develop valuable classroom skills and confidence from day one. What We Need to Clear You To begin working with Protocol Education, you'll need: A valid passport and proof of your right to work in the UK. Two proofs of address (such as a driving licence, utility bill or council tax statement). An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years of work or education history, with any gaps explained. References covering the last two years, including education, childcare, employment or voluntary work where applicable. An Overseas Police Check if you have lived abroad for 3 months or more within the last 5 years.
