We’re Looking For Graduates Who Are

• Based in or near Harrogate and ready to start soon

• Adaptable, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping young people succeed

• Up for a challenge (and a few laughs along the way )

Bonus points if you’ve got experience or an interest in:
Drama, sport, or psychology-related activities
SEND or SEMH support (even a little experience goes a long way)
Youth work, mentoring, or residential care
Tutoring in English, Maths, or Science

This isn’t a standard classroom role. You’ll work with students who’ve faced big challenges, offering calm, consistency, and care. You’ll be part of a brilliant team that helps learners rebuild confidence and re-engage with education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
