What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting teachers across KS1 and KS2
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost progress and confidence
- Using clear behaviour strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
- Helping pupils feel safe, settled, and ready to learn
- Collaborating with staff to adapt learning and celebrate success
