Protocol Education is looking for nurturing and proactive Learning Support Assistants to support children with additional needs in Primary SEN settings across Bristol and North Somerset. Whether it’s autism, ADHD, sensory needs or social-emotional challenges—you’ll be making a daily difference in the lives of pupils who need a little extra help to shine.
About the Role:
- 1:1 or small group support for pupils aged 4–11
- Helping children access learning through structure and encouragement
- Supporting regulation, routine, and confidence-building
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to create positive outcomes
We’d Love to Hear From You If You:
- Have experience in schools, youth work, care or support settings
- Are calm, empathetic, and confident in SEN/SEMH environments
- Can use your initiative while following a structured plan
- Are available full-time or part-time, term time only
