About the Role

We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within a specialist alternative education setting. This role involves delivering planned learning activities and interventions while supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver learning activities to individuals or small groups.
  • Support pupils with academic and emotional development.
  • Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to support lesson delivery.
  • Contribute to pupil progress monitoring.
