We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Harlow. What You'll Be Doing
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development.
- Supporting children with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and SEMH needs.
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support and interventions.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
- Celebrating progress, big and small, and helping pupils reach their full potential.

Essential Requirements
