A welcoming and thriving mainstream primary school in Kennington is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their Early Years team.

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will
- Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Foster children's communication, social, emotional and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Support whole-class learning, small group activities and individual interventions.
- Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold a
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
(essential).
- Have experience working within an EYFS setting.
- Be nurturing, enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding care and education.
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Be proactive, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Be passionate about supporting every child to become confident, resilient and successful learners.
