Contract: Full-time, long-term

This role is within a setting supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The school is looking for an SEN TA who can build strong relationships and provide consistent support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
  • Assist with behaviour support strategies
  • Promote emotional regulation and engagement
  • Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in SEN, SEMH, youth work or care
  • Strong resilience and empathy
  • Confident managing challenging behaviour positively
