We are recruiting a Care Assistant to work in a specialist education setting supporting children with additional and complex needs. This role focuses on care, consistency and emotional support, helping pupils feel secure and valued throughout the school day.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with daily care routines
- Providing emotional reassurance and stability
- Supporting pupils during lessons and transitions
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
