Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
Ensure the nursery meets safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
What We're Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Reliable, caring, and committed to providing outstanding childcare.
