What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting nursery staff day to day

- Supporting safeguarding, compliance, and EYFS delivery
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers
- Helping staff grow through mentoring and encouragement
- Keeping things running smoothly, even on the days where the paint ends up absolutely everywhere
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification
- Understand the EYFS framework inside out
- Are confident leading teams and supporting staff development
- Bring warmth, positivity, and great organisational skills
