What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting nursery staff day to day
  • Creating a positive, nurturing environment for children
  • Supporting safeguarding, compliance, and EYFS delivery
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Helping staff grow through mentoring and encouragement
  • Keeping things running smoothly, even on the days where the paint ends up absolutely everywhere

  • Have experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager
  • Hold a relevant Early Years qualification
  • Understand the EYFS framework inside out
  • Are confident leading teams and supporting staff development
  • Bring warmth, positivity, and great organisational skills
