What's the role? You'll be supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn. No two days are the same, but that's part of the magic. You might be:
- Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Autism or PMLD
- Working 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping manage behaviour and build trust
