Schools across Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland are looking for Graduate Learning Support Assistants to support pupils who need extra help to thrive in the classroom. This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day.
Your role will involve:
- Supporting learning in class and in small groups
- Helping pupils stay regulated, focused and confident
- Working closely with teaching and SEN teams
- Creating a positive, safe learning environment
