You’ll deliver biology lessons to small groups of secondary-aged pupils, adapting content to meet a wide range of abilities and needs. A calm, consistent approach is key, alongside the ability to build trust and engage learners who may have had a challenging experience of education.

Science is taught in a practical, accessible style, with staff encouraged to adapt lessons creatively to support understanding and confidence. The school is based in the North East and is accessible via local bus routes, with straightforward links from nearby towns. Travel by car is also practical, with on-site or nearby parking available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
