Are you passionate about Music and committed to nurturing creativity and confidence in young people? Protocol Education is thrilled to be working with a forward-thinking secondary school to find a dedicated Music Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This role is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers who are ready to make a real impact.

This inclusive 11–18 academy is a hub of energy, ambition, and creativity. The Music department is at the heart of school life, known for inspiring students through vibrant lessons and captivating performances. From classroom learning to school-wide productions, students are encouraged to explore their talents and express themselves with confidence. About The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 that ignite a love for music.
  • Support students in developing their skills in performance, composition, and musical appreciation.
  • Contribute to school-wide music events like concerts, showcases, and community performances.
  • Utilise well-equipped music facilities, including modern technology suites and dedicated practice spaces.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team that values creativity and excellence in teaching.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Music Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for music education.
  • An enthusiastic educator who inspires students to reach their full potential.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • A team player who values collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
  • The ability to teach additional subjects is a plus but not essential.
