We are working in partnership with a secondary school in Middlesbrough to recruit a Teacher of Geography for a full-time, long-term supply role starting after the Summer break. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and committed Geography specialist to join a supportive department and make an immediate impact on student progress and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Geography across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
  • Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Have recent experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting
  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for Geography and education

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity in a well-regarded Middlesbrough school with a competitive daily rate (dependent on experience). There is also an opportunity to secure a permanent role.
