Protocol Education are recruiting a passionate and patient SEN Teacher to work in specialist and mainstream settings across Middlesbrough. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver personalised learning to meet individual EHCP targets.
- Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.
- Use adaptive teaching and effective behaviour management strategies.
- Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and classroom staff to ensure consistent support.
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent SEN teaching experience.
