Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a full-time School Administrator to join a secondary school from September. We are looking for an organised, reliable and professional individual to provide essential administrative support across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous school administration experience, or a strong general administration background looking to move into education.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing efficient day-to-day administrative support
- Managing emails, tele enquiries and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and school databases
- Supporting staff, students, parents and visitors
- Preparing documents, reports and school communications
- Assisting with attendance and general school office duties
- Using school management and administrative systems
- Ensuring the school office runs smoothly and professionally
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident using IT and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional, approachable and reliable
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider school team
