What you’ll be doing:
- Teaching and supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
- Creating creative, individualised learning experiences
- Working closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to keep pupils progressing
- Bringing positivity and patience to every lesson
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience in an SEND or alternative provision setting
- A caring, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
