We are looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Hayes supporting pupils with high and complex needs.
Immediate start – trial this week
The Role: This is a specialist position working within a SEND unit, supporting pupils with needs including ASD, ADHD and non-verbal communication. You will be working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who require a high level of consistency, patience and understanding.
- Experience working in a SEND school, SRP, or specialist unit
- Confidence working with non-verbal pupils and challenging behaviour
- This is not a general TA role – experience with complex SEND is essential.
Start Date: Immediate (following successful trial)
Hours: 8:15am – 3:15pm
Pay: £95–£105 per day
Location: Be part of an experienced and supportive SEN team
