I am working with a nurturing Jewish, Special Educational Needs school that are looking for a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2026. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves supporting children with additional needs and is looking to step into a role with additional responsibility and variety.

The school are looking for a HLTA who can confidently support across classes and lead learning when needed, including covering lessons during teacher PPA time or meetings.

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
  • Delivering engaging interventions and small group work
  • Leading whole-class learning when required
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
  • Helping to create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
