Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Camden, who are looking for an SEN Support Assistant to join their team. About the Role

As an SEN Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning in a way that works for them. You’ll provide a mix of one-to-one and small group support, adapting activities, offering encouragement, and helping pupils feel confident and included in the classroom. Your role will be key in creating a calm, positive environment where every child feels understood and supported. You’ll be part of a caring and collaborative team, focused on helping every child progress at their own pace and celebrating each step forward.
