As a Secondary Teaching Assistant (SEN), you will play a vital role in providing essential support to students with SEN in a secondary school setting. Your responsibilities include:
- Classroom Support: Work closely with teachers to provide individualized support and assistance to students with SEN. This may involve helping with class activities, providing additional explanations, or adapting learning materials to meet students' specific needs.
- One-on-One Assistance: Provide focused support to individual students, offering guidance and reinforcement to help them overcome challenges and thrive academically and socially.
