We’re looking for people who:

  • Are patient, resilient, and genuinely care about young people
  • Have experience in schools, SEND, youth work, care, or similar settings, or are keen to learn
  • Stay calm under pressure and don’t take tricky moments personally

  • A friendly, local consultant who actually listens
  • Opportunities for long-term and ongoing work
