As a PPA / Supply Teacher, you’ll deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of primary schools in Greenwich, covering PPA time and staff absence. You’ll create a positive, engaging classroom environment, maintain behaviour expectations, and ensure pupils stay on track with their learning.

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across primary year groups
  • Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and teaching standards
  • Adapt teaching to suit different pupils and school settings
  • Provide brief feedback to school staff at the end of each day

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching within UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
  • A flexible, adaptable approach to working in different school settings
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
