Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (Years 1-6)? Protocol Education is working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Greenwich looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while gaining valuable experience in a variety of school settings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting teaching and learning across Years 1-6
- Delivering small group interventions in English and Maths
- Providing 1:1 support where required
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
- Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure positive outcomes
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Has experience working with children aged 5-11 (Years 1-6)
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
- Has a positive, proactive, and flexible approach
- Builds strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Is committed to supporting children's educational development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
