Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, supportive, and thriving Prep School in Dulwich.

Working within a well-resourced Early Years setting, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Promote positive behaviour and support children's individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated Early Years team.

Requirements

  • A recognised
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification

(or equivalent).

  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • A proactive, positive, and nurturing approach.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
