You will support students one-to-one and in small groups, helping to remove barriers to learning and improve engagement. Support secondary aged students to grow in confidence and succeed in school.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a secondary school aged setting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, positive and flexible approach
  • Ability to motivate and encourage students
  • The right to work in the UK

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. This advert is for a temporary position.
