Youâll need:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
- Confidence in supporting babies, toddlers or preschoolers
- A caring, nurturing approach with a sense of fun
- DBS on the Update Service (or weâll help you sort one)

- SEN experience, a love for messy play, or a go-to rendition of âWind the Bobbin Upâ on standby.
