You’re not just supporting learning, you’re changing a child’s day. We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Ealing looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in KS1. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SEN experience who knows how powerful patience, consistency and kindness can be. The school has a calm, inclusive feel and a team that genuinely looks out for one another. You’ll be supporting children with additional needs, helping them feel safe, understood and ready to learn.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN in a KS1 classroom, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Helping children access learning through routine, encouragement and clear boundaries
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to keep support consistent
  • Celebrating small wins, because they really do matter

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN, this could be in a school or similar setting
