In this role you will supervise classes across secondary schools in Newham, helping students stay focused and engaged. Responsibilities
- Supervise classes across a range of subjects using lesson work left by the teacher
- Keep students focused, engaged, and on task
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students throughout the school day
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
