What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up and tidying classrooms to keep learning spaces safe and calm
- Supporting teachers with lesson prep and learning materials
- Helping children stay focused, engaged, and on track
- Keeping an eye on behaviour and encouraging positive routines
- Joining in on activities, school outings, and group learning
- Working closely with the teacher to track pupil progress
- Creating a warm, safe, and inclusive space for learning
What We're Looking For
- A calm, patient, and upbeat approach
- Experience supporting children with SEMH or behavioural challenges
- Clear communicator who builds trust easily
- Great under pressure and quick to adapt
- Someone who understands children's needs and supports them with kindness
- A valid DBS (or happy to get one through us)
