We’re working with a specialist school supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex medical and physical needs. They’re looking for a compassionate, resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team full‑time. This is a hands‑on role where your support genuinely changes lives. No two days are the same, but every day comes with purpose, progress, and plenty of heart.
What your days will look like:
- Supporting pupils with complex learning, physical, and medical needs
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and feeding routines
- Using specialist equipment and communication tools, with full training provided
- Creating a calm, safe, and sensory‑rich environment where pupils can thrive
