The Role
You'll be supporting within a busy Early Years setting, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore and develop confidence. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be expected to take initiative, support learning through play, contribute to continuous provision and work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team.

Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: £100 per day
Location: Cranford
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within Nursery or Reception
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Confident supporting learning through play and child‑led activities
- Experience supporting children with SEND and EAL is desirable
- Reliable, proactive and able to hit the ground running
- A warm, nurturing and positive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
