Job Title: Level 3 Early Years Educator Location: England, Greater London, Wandsworth Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum Job Description: We are currently seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team in Wandsworth, Greater London. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged from birth to five years old. Your role will involve creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development. Job Duties: Plan and implement activities that meet the individual needs of children Observe and assess children’s development Communicate effectively with parents and carers Maintain accurate records of children’s progress Ensure the setting meets Ofsted requirements Required Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification Education: Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in an early years setting Knowledge and Skills: Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Paediatric First Aid Certificate Working Conditions: This role involves working full-time hours on a permanent basis. You will be working indoors in an early years setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care.
