We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Room Leader to join our friendly early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example and creating a warm, stimulating space where children can thrive.

The role at a glance:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Working hours between 7:45am and 6:00pm (shift patterns within this window)
  • Option to condense hours into 4 days per week
  • Term time only option available for the right candidate

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the toddler room with confidence, care and consistency
  • Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
  • Supporting and guiding your team to maintain high standards of practice
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • A genuine passion for supporting toddlers’ learning and development
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work within the setting’s opening hours
