We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Room Leader to join our friendly early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example and creating a warm, stimulating space where children can thrive.
The role at a glance:
- 40 hours per week
- Working hours between 7:45am and 6:00pm (shift patterns within this window)
- Option to condense hours into 4 days per week
- Term time only option available for the right candidate
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the toddler room with confidence, care and consistency
- Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Supporting and guiding your team to maintain high standards of practice
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- A genuine passion for supporting toddlers’ learning and development
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
- Flexibility to work within the setting’s opening hours
